Determine if your territory is available. Every individual client will hold an exclusive Smile Magazine marketing territory. This territory generally consists of zip codes within a 10-mile radius of your practice.
2. PERSONALIZE
Smile Magazine uses the idea of interchangeable design layouts rather than customizing an entire magazine. Choose your design layouts, provide doctor/practice photos, logo and a short written biography. You may choose to use our images for patient before and after or provide images of your own patients. Determine what your call to action coupon will offer ($50 off whitening, $75 off a cosmetic procedure, 5% off)
3. PRINT
Select quantity of magazines you would like to order. Smile Magazine will help you
evaluate your targeted mailing list and recommend a quantity to ensure the best use of your marketing budget.
4. MAIL
The mail house is responsible for storing, sorting, list generating, labeling, and mailing
your Smile Magazine. The list provided for your territory includes specific demographics
such as income levels and cost of homes. An inventory control specialist at the mail
house will manage your magazines and let you know when it is time to re-order.
